Every Bowi Bear item is handmade to order with your choice of custom option. Please read our size guide if you're unsure about which size to get as unfortunately I do not offer refunds if the size is wrong. Also check our Instagram story highlights if you're unsure which European size corresponds the UK size as our sizing is based on age (eg. 3-6 months) rather than centimetres (eg. size 62). I will always try my best to advise you about fit and sizing, so get in touch if you need help with this.

Nobody's perfect, so should you receive a faulty item, please contact us at hello@bowibear.com within 14 days of receipt of delivery. We will of course send a replacement at our expense. Items must be returned in an unworn and unwashed condition. No products will be refunded after 30 days of delivery.
